The claim file arrives in a mess. You open it in order.

Drop in the claim folder exactly as it comes from the portal. Claimy opens everything, removes the duplicates, reads every page and hands you the claim ready to work on: the question you were asked at the top, every fact with the page it comes from, the photos analysed, every page searchable.

Free beta. A few questions about your firm, then you decide whether to see a demo.

You know it already

Before the assessment, there is the claim file to make sense of.

Hundreds of files, and many of them are the same document downloaded two or three times.

The plate is in one of forty scans. Which one?

The instructions are in an email forwarded three times, below the signatures.

The assessor's photos are inside a PDF, the body shop's in a ZIP.

Demo

Watch Claimy at work on a claim file.

From the uploaded folder to the scene and the vehicles in 3D, in under four minutes. A test claim file, built like a real one; the app and the captions are in Italian.

The data you see in the video and in the images on this page are synthetic: names, plates, documents and photos were made up for the demo. They concern no real person and infringe nobody's privacy.

What Claimy does

It gathers, sorts, analyses. The last word is yours.

01

Gathers

You drop in the folder. Claimy opens everything.

ZIP and RAR archives one inside another, .msg, .eml and .pst mail with every attachment tied to the right message, PDFs, Word files, photos, videos. It removes the duplicates and the system files. Nothing gets lost: every file stays in the claim file, with where it came from.

02

Sorts

Every document has a name, a type and its place.

It recognises assessment reports, accident statements (CAI), police reports, damage claims, settlement receipts and medical reports by their content. It puts first what to read first, flags medical and judicial documents and sets apart the documents of other claims that ended up in the file.

03

Extracts

The claim sheet, with the proof under every fact.

Date, time, place on the map, vehicles, people and their roles, insurers and policies. Beside every value, its sources: one click opens the page, with the sentence highlighted. At the top, the instructions, in the client's exact words and with the deadline, and a summary of a few lines.

04

Finds

Search for a plate. Land on the line.

Every page is searchable, scans and the text of emails included. Every result takes you to the exact spot on the page. And what it could not read, it tells you, instead of leaving you to find out.

05

Analyses

From the photos, the scene and the vehicles in 3D.

The claim file's photos are no longer a folder to leaf through: they are classified, read and turned into 3D models to work on.

aThe photos

Classified and analysed, one by one.

Taken out of PDFs, Word files and emails too, with no duplicates. For every photo: whether it shows the accident scene, is the assessor's or the body shop's, or is an identity document; the view (exterior, interior, detail); the vehicle it shows, from the plate read in the photo. The camera's data are kept.

bThe scene

The accident scene in 3D. And you can measure it.

From the photos taken on the spot, the scene rebuilt in 3D: you turn it around, see where each photo was taken from and measure the distance between two points, saving it with a note. With north, and the shadows the sun cast at that moment.

cThe vehicles

Every vehicle in 3D, with the damage found in the photos.

For each party, the assessor's photos become its vehicle in 3D. The damage found in the photos is marked on the model and coloured by type, each item with the photos it shows in. If one is not damage, you remove it.

06

Compares

The versions side by side, and where they disagree.

Every account of how it happened, with who gives it and a diagram, and the points where two versions say things that cannot both be true. Then the timeline of events and the context: the weather at that hour, the sun and the shadows, Street View.

07

You decide

Claimy prepares. The decisions stay yours.

When two documents disagree, Claimy does not choose: it shows you the values side by side, each with its source, and tells you what is left to review. Every correction is recorded — who, what, when — and can be undone. No score on the claim: the conclusions of the assessment are yours.

Who it is for

For whoever receives the claim file and has to make sense of it first.

Motor claims assessors

You arrive at the inspection already knowing what the claim file says.

Accident reconstructionists

The accounts of how it happened side by side, the scene in 3D, the measurements.

Consultants and court-appointed experts

Every fact points to its page: you cite the source without having to look for it.

Assessment firms

Principal, associates and office staff on the same claim file: assignments and notes.

Your data

Your firm's claim files stay your firm's.

Kept apart by firm

Each firm's data are isolated in the database: no other firm can see them.

In Europe

Data are processed, stored and archived in Europe.

Sensitive documents flagged

Medical and judicial documents are recognised from their content and highlighted.

You can take everything with you

You export the claim file whenever you like: originals, data and citations, in one folder.

The analytics tools on this page (Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics) only start if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Frequently asked questions

What we are usually asked.

How much does it cost?

Nothing: Claimy is free for the whole beta.

Which files can I upload?

The folder as it arrives: PDFs, Word files, images, .msg, .eml and .pst mail, ZIP and RAR archives even one inside another, videos. Claimy removes the duplicates. The files it cannot read stay in the claim file, ready to download.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Claimy runs in the browser.

Does it read scans and handwriting?

Scans, yes: every readable page becomes searchable. Handwriting never becomes a fact of the claim file: Claimy tells you which pages it could not read, and they stay there for you to look at.

Do I need special photos for the 3D?

No, the photos already in the claim file are enough. The scene is rebuilt from the photos taken at the accident scene, at least two; the vehicle from the assessor's photos that show it from the outside. The 3D features are in preview.

Where do my documents go?

They stay in Europe: they are processed, stored and archived in Europe, kept apart from other firms' documents. You can export or delete them whenever you like.

Does it replace my practice management software?

No. Claimy works on the claim file: it puts it in order and helps you find what you need. Your firm's management software stays as it is.
